How Does The dealcoholization process work?
Our wines are dealcoholized in the gentlest way possible to offer an optimal taste experience. For most of our wine creations, we use reverse osmosis. In this membrane separation process, the alcohol is removed from it in several steps at temperatures of about 8-10degrees Celsius. To do this, the wine is pressed through a fine membrane. Per pass, about 1.5% alcohol content is removed from the wine.
What is no and low-alcohol wine?
Our wines are crafted to offer the same great flavors and aromas of traditional wine but with little to no alcohol content. "No alcohol" means less than 0.5% ABV (Alcohol By Volume), while "low alcohol" refers to wines with an alcohol content of 5%.
Are there any added sugars or artificial ingredients in these wines?
Our wines do not contain any artificial colorings or flavorings. Our no and low-alcohol wines are made with minimal additives to preserve their natural flavors.

How to Keep Your No and Low-Alcohol Wine Happy and Fresh!
Store our wines in a cool place, ideally at 6-8°C. Place the wine in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Once opened, they should be consumed within a few days to preserve their flavor.
